Counseling
Counseling with us provides you with a supportive space to listen deeply, cultivate self-compassion, gain insight, and address barriers to achieving your goals. Each therapy relationship is a unique co-creation between you and your therapist, and the process is tailored to your needs using therapy tools that are trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and evidence-based.
Counseling Rates:
55 min session: $175
80 min session: $260
Intensives (3 hours): $630

Clinical
Supervision
While you’re working toward your full license, we can provide you with supervision tailored to your therapy style, modality, and population. Through reflective discussions and professional feedback on everything from complex cases to managing your business to enhancing your clinical skills and building your therapeutic voice, our goal is to support your growth.
Rates:
Individual Supervision: $160/hour
Dyadic Supervision: $90/hour per person
Discounted Supervision (former interns): $120/hour
Standard supervision appointments are 55 min; shorter prorated appointments are also available.
Consulting
Whether you are a fully licensed therapist looking for individualized in-depth case consultation or another helping professional (teacher, clergy, activist, etc) who would like to understand more about how you can apply the latest research on mental health and neuroscience to your work, we can offer personalized consulting tailored to your unique needs.
Rates:
Full rate: $160 per hour
Discounted rate (current students): $120 per hour
Standard consulting appointments are 55 min; shorter prorated appointments are also available.

Workshops,
Groups
We are available to meet a variety of needs for your organization or group. We can provide keynote-style talks, workshop facilitation, or group facilitation on a variety of topics including Mental Health 101, grief and loss, nervous system care, trauma, recovery from abuse, and more.
